You may think that you can simply pick up your computer and print off a bill from a free website without any training or any basic knowledge about invoice printing. If this were true, then why do you even need a basic invoice template? Think of it this way – If you did not write your invoice, how would you pay your bills?
Let’s use our example to illustrate the point. You are receiving a check from a company and all you want to do is to use that money to pay your bills and start taking care of the accounts receivable. How would you go about doing that?
First, take out your credit card and the total amount of your bill. Next, set up a direct deposit into your bank account. Set up a direct deposit by adding that amount to your bank account because this will ensure that your payment gets sent directly to your bank.
If your company has a certain percentage of its revenue being collected through taxes, consider that as well. Now that you have all the necessary information in place, you will be able to write your invoice. All you need to do is fill in the appropriate blanks.
Write the date of the invoice and the amount of your bill. Also, state your name, address, phone number, and EFT number, if applicable. Finally, write in the reason for writing the invoice.

Many are on CD or DVD so that you can just take them and put them on your computer or notebook. The good thing about those online courses is that you do not have to worry about losing time and finding ways to fit everything in.
