This Expense Report Excel Template is free and can be used to help you get your business organized. The first thing you will notice about this template is that it is very simple. It contains just three steps to make it easy to use.
After you download the template, save it to your hard drive. You will want to save it so that you can use it over again. You may also want to store the template on a disc for future use.
Find a place where you can keep your template. You will probably want to keep it on your computer because you will be making a lot of copies of the template. However, you may want to find another place to keep the template.
After you have downloaded the template, you can start using it. There are two things you need to do. First, you should enter all of the information you need to into the forms.

You will need to use an HTML editor to edit the HTML code. You can find these at the bottom of the Expense Report page. These editors usually have the HTML editor-type settings on them.
Finally, make sure you save the file. You will want to save it in the format of .xls format because you will be opening the report with Microsoft Excel.
