The other reason why you should use the PAL Statement Template is because it will help you save money on your own “net” costs. When you sell a house, you are going to pay fees to your Realtor. That is unless you are doing a “flip” or a “buy now” transaction.
When you use the PAL Statement Form, you are doing your agent a favor because you are helping them avoid paying that commission. What that means is that you are saving him or her time, effort, and money that they could be making on their own.
So whether you’re using this form for your Realtor or for any other type of real estate agent, I encourage you to use it. Even if you’re using it for yourself, you’re still helping your agent.
