I had been working in the fast food industry for about ten years when I found myself being asked to help start up a local catering business. There was also a requirement to provide drinks to the guests. The customer would call the caterer and ask for a drink order number. The caterer would call the customer, place the order, and then deliver the drink to the customer. The customer was responsible for picking up the drinks as well as returning them to the caterer.
To be a successful event planner, you need to be able to provide a business plan, budget, marketing strategy, and sales presentation. This Bill of Cell Sample had everything listed in an organized fashion. It helped me learn everything about how to run a successful catering business and how to run a successful event company.
